Grab the Gold Bars!

The fuel you need to reach your goals! As sweet as a cupcake with 10x the GOODNESS!


These bars are the perfect post workout snack, bar to enjoy on the go, or fuel to power through an intense study session ! They're gluten free and naturally sweetened. And trust me when I say that they're HIGHLY addictive!


INSTRUCTIONS

(10 min prep & 1 hr chill)

  1. Line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine oats and almond flour.

  3. In a saucepan, combine the peanut butter, honey, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Whisk until everything is melted into a glossy mixture.

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and combine into a thick dough.

  5. Transfer dough into the lined pan, press down to spread into an even layer, and cover with plastic wrap.

  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

  7. With a large knife cut in a grid-like fashion to create glorious 10-12 bars.

  8. Refrigerate bars for up to 5 days or wrap individually and freeze up to a month.


NOTES


**The Peanut butter can be substituted for any nut butter or nut free butter - Almond butter is my go-to!

**The honey can be substituted for maple syrup for a little Canadian flare!

**If you're feeling extra spicy throw in some fun additions like chocolate chips, walnuts, craisins, etc.


PRO TIP


These bars are best served straight from the freezer!
